Ecclesiastes 9:10

Yesterday Mom and Dad Webel came to visit us and help us out a little. (I should say a LOT!) Mom spent the day in our messy basement helping to dig us out of the hole we made when we moved. She really has the gift of "helps" and knows how to put it to good use to bless others.
While Mom was in the basement, Dad was working outside trimming our bushes. When I got home from work and saw how low he cut some of them I was a little shocked. But father knows best. He told me he had to exact some sort of revenge for my fantasy football team handing his its first loss last weekend (by one measly point!).
When I was growing up I was always taught that "Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might." (Ecc 9:10) Talk about practicing what you preach and teaching by example!
