Sore Butt

I decided to take Friday off work on the spur of the moment, and I'm glad I did. After my weekly men's breakfast study (why are Sausage Egg McMuffins always so good?) and seeing the kids off to school, Rebekah and I loaded the bikes up for a date down on the Richland B&O Rail Trail. It was a beautiful day for a ride, albeit a SIXTEEN MILE one...

(Hence, the title of this blog post.)
Here are a few of the sights we saw along the way.

To round out the day and further enjoy the weather, we ate dinner out on the boat. All in a Day's Work, eh?

16 miles, eh? If 16 miles hurts your butt, don't ever ride a century! Looks like a fun trail and a beautiful day.

Rebekah told me about your cross country jaunts. Impressive!

I wouldn't do a century without hooking up a big John Deere tractor bucket seat to the bike! Who invented those skinny painful things, anyhow?
